In order to continue our growth, we are seeking to expand our team by hiring a business development manager!

Description :

As a business development manager, you will grow within our team, and you will be responsible for sales growth, by offering our IT consulting services. You must have good skills in identifying organizations that may be interested in doing business with Indominus.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and understand the needs of potential customers;
  • Increase the company’s notoriety by positioning Indominus as the benchmark in consulting services in the IT sector;
  • Manage an efficient sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, ending with the signing of contracts;
  • Make calls and virtual meetings;
  • Take on the role of company ambassador at events;
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in order to perpetuate strong relationships;
  • Build and maintain a base of potential customers.
  • Nurture its network by participating in business development activities.

Skills :

  • Have 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Good ability to discover customer needs and find prospects;
  • Be a team player;
  • Be able to develop an innovative strategic business development plan;
  • Have a good capacity to manage pressure and refusals;
  • Bilingual.

  • Facilitate and optimize operations while minimizing the negative impacts of security solutions;
  • Perform cloud risk assessments and make appropriate recommendations;
  • Monitor and optimize the incident response plan and support plan testing;
  • Be able to provide consulting services to stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Have at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in IT;
  • Have a solid knowledge of the fundamental principles of information security;
  • Have at least 3 years of security experience on Azure;
  • Hold Microsoft AZ-500 certification;
  • Bilingual.

  • Evaluate cloud computing technologies and recent infrastructures.

  • Define and design diagnostics for our clients to advise them on innovative solutions;
  • Deploy Microsoft 365 environments;
  • Perform Microsoft 365 migrations;
  • Write technical documentation in French and English;
  • Work in collaboration with various IT departments in order to complete cases.

Skills:

  • Have at least 6 years of IT experience;
  • Have solid knowledge of tools on Microsoft 365;
  • Have an interest in cloud telephony;
  • Hold Microsoft certifications or be in the process of obtaining one;
  • Bilingual.

  • Write technical documentation in French and English;
  • Communicate clearly with other teams for an adequate transfer of information.

Skills:

  • Have good knowledge of ITIL processes;
  • Have a lot of experience in scripting (powershell);
